Spirit Work

Doing the work of spirit means tending to what makes us human: our sense of purpose, our capacity for compassion and connection, our ability to find meaning in our lives, how our personal and communal values line up with our day to day experiences, and the ways in which we show up for ourselves and those we love.

Connecting with your spiritual life is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and process in a world that often moves too quickly. We need courageous spaces where we can show up entirely as ourselves and explore the reality of our experiences - feel our grief, experience our anger, celebrate our joy, and be present to our uncertainty.

As a spirit worker I am here to listen, encourage, provide resources, and accompany you along the way. I will assist you in accessing your own innate wisdom with tools that make sense for your life. This might include tarot reading, meditation or mindfulness practice, sharing information from the unseen world, writing, visual art, prayer, creating personal rituals and ceremonies, altar building, spell work, ancestral connection, or any number of other practices that help you connect with your deep self.

If my approach resonates with you, if you are seeking care that exists in the margins, if you want something different than your grandma’s spiritual care (unless your grandma was an Indigenous feminist who sipped tequila, concocted plant medicines, and conjured up ancestral messages from the stars) then schedule some time to connect.
